We are pleased to announce that one of our 3rd year apprentices, Chloe T, has achieved 3rd place in the 44th Annual National Painting and Decorating Advanced Competition held at the end of May this year.
Hosted at Inverness College UHI, the Scottish Association of Painting Craft Teachers (SAPCT) Competition is one of the sector’s most prestigious competitions. Formed in 1955, the SAPCT aim to advance education and training throughout our industry.
The Advanced Competition saw 10 apprentices compete individually and carry out a range of advanced craft techniques including signwriting, graining & marbling, stencilling & hanging specialist wall coverings within a 5 hours period.
