George Nicolson, in conjunction with Principal Contractor Thomas Johnstone Ltd, were delighted to be awarded the decoration package to undertake the works to Ten Hill Place Hotel, Edinburgh.
Over a five month period, the decoration included the ames taping of new plasterboard partitions, as well as the preparation and decoration of walls, ceilings and woodwork to the bedrooms, corridors, en-suites, big snug bar & servery, kitchen, staff changing rooms, new gym and store. In addition, our operatives were required to strip off the existing wallcoverings and then install various new designer wallcoverings to numerous areas.
Ten Hill Place Hotel is owned by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and was opened in November 2006. All profits from the Hotel go back into training surgeons worldwide.
