Works to this Greene King owned popular public house in Historic Linlithgow took place over a 3 week period.
The property had not undergone works for a number of years which consequently brought its own issues. However, our management of the project ensured no delay to the original programme dates. During the full internal and external refurbishment, an ambient toilet was created within the existing footprint, along with the full re-decoration, seating, tiling, flooring, joinery, plumbing and electrical upgrade of all areas throughout.
The end result was a stunning updating of the property which was finished to the Design of Suzanne Caldwell.
