We were proud to be asked to undertake a main contracting project to the Strathcarron Hospice Family Lounge in conjunction with Burns.Design, Glasgow.
Along with our sub contract team, works were completed over a ten day period which encompassed the installation of new kitchen units, new floor coverings, wallcoverings, roman blinds, small electrical and plumbing upgrades. This all assisted in bringing the room up-to-date and help create a softer feel to a well used facility within the hospice.
George Nicolson appreciate being given the opportunity to work once again at Strathcarron Hospice after refurbishing the day care area two years ago.
Strathcarron Hospice provide specialist palliative care and expert end of life care for the people of Forth Valley, Cumbernauld and Kilsyth. They care for people with illnesses that cannot be cured including cancer, lung, heart or kidney failure and a range of non-malignant and neurological diseases. They are also actively involved in research and education in palliative care and they promote and influence the delivery of palliative care locally and beyond.
