George Nicolson have historically proven our dedication to training for growth throughout our workforce as well as our industry itself.
The company strongly believes in the continued development and training of our office based members of staff, to site staff right through to management, as well as Directors. The training undertaken covers a wide range of Health & Safety subjects such as First Aid for Mental Health, IPAF, PASMA, SMSTS, SSSTS, SCORE, Asbestos Awareness and First Aid but to name a few. We also ensure our operatives are kept up-to-date with any relevant changes in legislation through in-house Tool Box Talks.
By the end of this year, the company will have arranged over 40 days of training which will be of benefit to both our employees and the company.
Throughout 2025, we will continue to focus on the importance of ongoing training and development for all of our workforce.
