George Nicolson continue to strongly focus on the importance of the development of our workforce. To ensure there is a continued increase of the skill level throughout our company, this year to date we have provided 32 days of training to our apprentices/site operatives, with a further 24 days of Health & Safety/First Aid training. In addition, 7 days of training has been undertaken by our supervisors and management. The training we provide covers a wide range of subjects such as Mental Health First Aid, IPAF, PASMA, SMSTS, SSSTS, SCORE and Asbestos Awareness but to name a few.
