As main contractor, we are responsible for control over the construction phase of the project where more than one subcontractor is involved. We plan, monitor, manage and co-ordinate health & safety for the entirety of the project. In close communication with the client and principal designer as well as Quantity Surveyor where applicable, we hold an important role ensuring high standards are delivered, maintained and understood by all involved.
