George Nicolson are proud to have carried out the decoration works of the St Columba’s Hospice, Haddington shop following direct instruction from Jon Heggie, Director of Fundraising.
Repeat business is always a sign of trust and a growing partnership. George Nicolson’s relationship with St Columba’s has spanned over several contracts and now over several locations.
We were delighted to be engaged to assist in the refurbishment of the new charity shop in Haddington. Our team swung into action to fully decorate internally and externally. This included the installation of a bespoke digital image that was supplied by Tektura Wallcoverings to complete the transformation and give the shop a focal point. Hallbar Joinery Services carried out the joinery downtakings and modifications. HF Group carried out all electrical and alarm works with Kenmure Flooring installing the new flooring. The works were carried out over a 4 week period and successfully completed for the opening date of the new store.
St Columba’s Hospice strives to ensure everyone within their community has access to excellent palliative care whoever they are, wherever they are and whenever they need it. St Columba’s Hospice, based at 15 Boswall Road, Edinburgh, has a 30 bed inpatient unit and also sees patients as outpatients, in their day services and in the community too.
