Our residential division, Henderson & Paterson, were pleased to carry out the external decoration package to the 4 blocks at Belhaven Place, Edinburgh through Belhaven Place Residents Association.
Following receipt of local authority permits, works encompassed the preparation and decoration of previously painted timber fascias and soffits, private window sashes and frames, as well as wooden benches. In addition, the steel tie bars at the entrances were also prepared and decorated with metalshield paint.
Whilst low level decoration works were carried out by working off ladders, our trained operatives were required to use powered access equipment to enable them to reach the high level areas safely.
In addition, our site operatives liaised with private clients direct on site to undertake the decoration works to their private windows.
