The Scottish Decorators’ Federation Annual Awards were held on 27 March 2026.
We are very pleased that our Contracts Manager, Michael Taylor (pictured left), has been awarded Winner for Hospitality Project of the Year 2025 Contracts Manager.
Covering Greene King’s Pub Partners franchise roll out during 2025, Michael managed the consecutive internal and external refurbishment projects of 8 public houses throughout central Scotland. We are proud to have been selected by Greene King to undertake these principal contracts and see the amazing transformations of each site.
Having commenced his employment with us back in 1984 as an Apprentice, Michael has now been with the Company for 42 years.
Throughout his employment with us, Michael has gained a wealth of experience in managing our large principal contract projects. He excels in undertaking all aspects of decoration works whilst ensuring the site is managed as it should be and that all health and safety requirements are adhered to throughout. He consistently works well with colleagues, clients and subcontractors alike.
Michael also continues to support, educate and train our young people whilst they work with him on site. His commitment to ensuring all projects are undertaken and completed to a high standard is clear at each handover and he continues to be a reliable and very valued member of staff.
We congratulate Michael on receiving this well-deserved Award.
