We were awarded the external decoration package through James Gibb Residential Factors, Edinburgh.
Works encompassed the decoration of communal windows, doors, railings, gates, handrails, fascias and the soffits of 21 blocks in total. In addition, our site operative liaised with private clients direct on site to undertake the decoration works to their private windows.
Whilst low level decoration works were carried out by working off ladders, the use of powered access equipment was required to reach high level areas.
