George Nicolson and our principal contract team carried out a full refit of The White Heather Event Suite, at The Clermiston Inn, which had not been refurbished for several years. In addition, external decoration works were completed as well as the resurfacing of the car park.
The works to the function suite and adjacent areas consisted of the full upgrade of electrics, a new extended bar/back gantry servery, new ceilings, new floor finishes, tiling and the complete redecoration throughout.
The space was also fully upgraded with new furniture and window dressings all designed by DBP Architects based in Kirkcaldy.
All works were carried out over a three week period to this Greene King owned Road House style community public house whilst the bar and lounges on the ground floor traded throughout.
The end result was a transformation of the function suite and exterior allowing the tenant to vastly improve the offer of their facilities and increase their business and hiring opportunities.
The White Heather Event Suite at The Clermiston Inn is situated half way between Edinburgh City Centre and Edinburgh Airport. The venue is suitable for weddings, international conferences, anniversaries. christenings and other events of any description for up to 200 people.
