We are delighted to congratulate Greg on his recent promotion to Site Supervisor.
Greg joined the company in June 2015, completing a success apprenticeship in June 2019 which included winning our Apprentice of the year award in 2016 and in 2017. Greg continued to develop his skills as a tradesman which included undertaking numerous training courses such as Asbestos Awareness, Emergency First Aid at Work, Fire Extinguisher, Fire Marshal, Mental Health First Aid and PASMA but to name a few. Throughout this time, Greg has shown a commitment to take on more responsibility with the aim to progress within the company.
To date, we can proudly disclose that including our current apprentices, we presently have a total of 19 employees right throughout the company (including those who are now Supervisors, Managers, Senior Managers & Directors) who are currently serving, or have served, their apprenticeships with us. This equates to over threequarters of all employees, a fact we are very proud of.
We would like to take this opportunity to wish Greg well in his future role.
