We were pleased one of our 1st year apprentice’s, Sam, was willing and happy to have an interview with Neil Braidwood, Creative and Publishing Manager of Decorating Matters, the Scottish Decorators’ Federation magazine.
Sam joined the company on a 4 week apprenticeship trial in July 2025. After a very successful trial period, Sam was offered and accepted a 4 year apprenticeship with us. Sam, who will shortly be going into his 2nd year, continues to receive good feedback from both college and from site.
With regular college attendance, together with the mentoring and guidance from our skilled tradespeople, Sam will continue to receive training and support to ensure there is ongoing progression throughout his journey towards becoming a qualified tradesperson.
