To further encourage and develop the young talent we employ, we have recently installed an in-house training facility which is available to all of our apprentices.
Through providing our young people with ‘hands on’ opportunities and experiences covering general preparation, brushing, rolling and the hanging of wallcoverings etc, they are in a position to develop their individual skill levels whilst at the same time also keeping themselves motivated.
