Having taken on James Sandie & Son Ltd from their late father some 30 years ago, Murray Stewart, his sister Lynn, along with their brother Colin, continued to uphold the high standards and reputation of the company who operate mainly within the East Lothian area. Now a division of George Nicolson, we continue to deliver these standards and values through the James Sandie & Son name and service East Lothian and the surrounding areas. Murray (pictured above between Joint Managing Directors, Ewan and Barrie Nicolson) joined us to ensure a smooth hand over to clients as well as continue to carry out the estimating for James Sandie & Son.
We are grateful to Murray for remaining with us until his retirement. To say our farewells, Murray was invited to come into the office. Joint Managing Director, Barrie Nicolson, had some very kind words to say about Murray and presented him with a farewell gift.
